Summer Passage is a two owner, Nauticat 38, that was built in 2001, and commissioned in 2002. She is a two owner vessel, and has been meticulously maintained, including hull waxing and brightwork refinishing annually. She is currently moored in the Pacific Northwest, in Anacortes Washington. I am hesitantly putting her on the market due to a medical issue with my leg. Otherwise, she would not be on the market for many years.

Two staterooms, two heads, a raised pilothouse with an inside helm, and a galley. Everything is finished in beautiful hand-crafted teak, and feels as solid and safe as you could wish for. This boat is well equipped, and has been very well cared for by a knowledgable owner. The engine was replaced 5 years ago with a new Volvo Penta diesel, the hull and interior have been freshly detailed, and the boat lies in a desirable main channel slip that can be transferred to a new owner.
